SCC v3.3.4.5 and firmware v3.3.2.3

SCC

• Fixed installation admin account group (only a problem in v3.3.4.4).
• Added firmware v3.3.2.3 to the SCC repository for remote reflash of the AP 160s, Zcomax XG-2000s, AP 220s, and Gemtek P-520s.

Firmware

• Factory default firmware to use Sputnik Instant Setup (SIS) server.
• Activate packet filter code that SCC now supports.
• Undo config file writing code changes of version 3.3.2.1 that occasionally led to the reboot brick problem.
