Sputnik Support Request

Support Info

  • Support hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays. All support is provided via email.
  • Free Support: We respond to non-urgent support requests within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Professional (Paid) Support: We respond to support requests purchased from our online store within four hours of receipt during the business day. Requests received after 1 PM Pacific Time will be handled the next business day. If you are located in a time zone significantly different from Pacific Time, we will make best efforts to accommodate your schedule. Also, please note:

    • For extensive support, we may require that you purchase a professional support incident.
    • All support cases that involve remote access into your self-hosted SputnikNet server or Sputnik-powered devices require that you purchase a professional support incident.
