Technical Support Info


  • Support hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays. All technical support is provided via email.
    Hotspot system help
  • Free Support: We respond to non-urgent support requests within 24-48 hours of receipt (often much sooner, just not guaranteed).
  • Professional (Paid) Support: We respond to support requests purchased from our online store within four hours of receipt during the business day. Requests received after 1 PM Pacific Time will be handled the next business day. If you are located in a time zone significantly different from Pacific Time, we will make best efforts to accommodate your schedule.
  • For extensive support, custom coding, or support cases that require remote access into your self-hosted SputnikNet server or devices, we may require that you purchase a professional services incident.
